TownSQ<\/a> – this site requires a HOA# to log in. This is where our residents will find all subdivision forms and guidelines. Residents can also see any messages from the HOA and participate in a community forum designed just for residents of RPR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next Door<\/a> – this social network is monitored by our Social Media Chair. Residents can find discussions here about lost pets and other community issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mosquito Abatement<\/a> – Montgomery County – Call this number to schedule a home visit free of charge (281) 364-4203<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Magnolia ISD<\/a> – local school district<\/p>\n\n\n\n

City of Magnolia History<\/a> – learn about the history in the area<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Texas A & M Free Water Testing<\/a> – for non drinkable water only. Other testing is available on this website as well. Some of these tests do have a cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recommended Local Tree Service: All Tree Service, Ebier Avalos, 281-740-7664, all.treeservice@yahoo.com. Ebier will provide a free estimate and give RPR residents a good discount on their services. This is the tree service the HOA used for work near the pond in 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
