When is the next Property Owners meeting?
Meeting notices are published no less than 10 days prior to the date, time and location of each meeting. All upcoming meetings are posted on NextDoor and TownSQ. In addition the annual meeting is advertised by signage at the street entrances of River Park Ranch.

Can I attend Board of Directors monthly meeting?
Yes. All association board meetings are open to attendance by interested property owners. Meeting schedules can be found on the calendar on our home page. Please note that meeting dates and times are subject to change.

When is our Association fee due?
Maintenance fee is currently $650.00 ***Due in full January 31*** LATE FEE WILL APPLY!!! Specific methods of payment and PMG contact information are available on the home page. Please allow at least three weeks to process payment.

Who do I contact about deed restriction violations?
All violations can be discussed with a board member or PMG services. Use TownSq to see what violations or messages you may have from PMG services. A link to TownSq is provided on the Useful Links page on this website.

Can I speak to the Board of Directors regarding a violation?
Absolutely. We encourage any such discussions to ensure understanding of the DCCR. Contact any board member directly. Board Member names and a contact form is listed on the Contacts Page on this website. More information is also provided in the TownSq app.

How long do I have to correct a violation?
This can vary, but under normal circumstances 30 days. The letter sent to you will have the time needed to correct the violation. Failure to correct the violation may result in fines or penalties as specified in the letter(s) you may receive.

Do I need to contact Architectural Controls Committee to build a fence?
Yes. The ACC must be contacted before any construction of any kind is started. Contact the ACC Lead directly for further directions. The Board Member’s name is listed on the Contacts page as well as a contact form for your use. The TownSq app will have more information.

Who do I contact for my construction refund?

Is a frontage fence required?
No. However, if you choose to install a frontage fence it must be white 3-rail vinyl and have ACC approval prior to installation. Contact the ACC Lead directly for further directions. What size culverts are required?

All roads and ditches are maintained by the County. While any entrance into any lot within RPR requires a culvert, headwalls and a minimum of 40 feet of paving, sizing is subject to Montgomery County design criteria. I thought a two car garage was required in RPR. Why do I see some homes without?
Some of the earlier properties had special exemptions granted to them by the developer.

What are the mowing requirements for a vacant lot?
Once your lot has been mowed the first time, it will need to be maintained just as if your home was in place unless you provide the Board a copy of an agricultural exemption for hay production from the County.

How many horses are allowed per acre?
One per acre. Review the DCCR Owners Guidelines on this website for additional clarification as to this restriction.

Is there any restriction on un-leashed animals?
Yes. The County requires all domesticated animals to be leashed if not confined to the owner’s property by fencing, etc.

Who should I call if I see a county or state violation such as unlicensed ATV driver or vehicle? Call the Constable’s Office at 936-760-5800.

Are we allowed to boat or fish the pond on Bar R?
The pond located on Bar R is privately owned by various owners of the properties that surround this pond. Any use of this pond without permission from one of these owners would be considered trespassing on private property.

PICK UP DAYS WILL BE ON WEDNESDAYS STARTING 12/6/2023

Click here for details on heavy trash pick up and other details provided by TPD. Our trash service observes three holidays: New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.  No pickups on these days. Check their website for the next pickup day after these holidays.

We’ve had some hail damage and need to replace our roof. Do we need to let someone on the Board know?

You only need to send the ACC an email stating your plan to repair or
replace your roof, indicate the scope of your project and provide the color of roofing material you want to use. The ACC will send you a response and the ok to proceed assuming there are no issues with your plan. No application or deposit is required. Please keep the response from the ACC for your files.
